Please confirm your attendance at least one week prior to to your nominated course.

Subject to requests and agreement additional courses may be arranged.

Courses maybe subject to a minimum of four participants.

Course costs will be based on this minimum of four participants attending each paying the full course fee.

All course fees are subject to immediate revision without prior notification.

A cancellation fee will be charged for a course booking and non attendance.

Discounts may Provide if valid and appropriate.

All pre course work must be completed and full payment made prior to the issue of qualification certificates.

Courses have mandatory durations and training hours must be completed to enable the issue of a qualification.

Certificates will not be issued on the training day and may take from 2 to 8 working weeks for issue.

It is recommended that participants have literacy and numeracy competencies equivalent to National Reporting System (NRS) Level 2.

Provide First Aid workbook or online training to be completed prior to the practical day to enable completion of course assessments.
